Uniswap has launched on OKX’s Layer-2 blockchain, X Layer, as its preferred decentralized exchange

Uniswap has officially launched on X Layer, the OKX-developed Ethereum Layer-2, positioning itself as the network’s preferred DEX.

Fee Structure: Standard L2 network fees apply; Uniswap Labs will collect zero interface fees.
Liquidity: OKX’s exchange and wallet are linked directly to X Layer to streamline asset transfers.
TVL Context: Uniswap remains the largest DEX with approximately $4.4 billion in total value locked.

Star Xu, CEO of OKX, stated this collaboration is a "core pillar of phase two" of their rollout plan. This follows a trend set by Coinbase’s Base, which captured 80% of Uniswap’s monthly active traders in early 2024.
